The Occupational Therapist has negotiated a sustainable return to work plan with adjustments to working pattens, as required, with the employer. They have also provided advice to the employee on coping strategies and techniques to reduce stress at work. Following this, the Occupational Therapist has been able to oversee the return to work plan to monitor the successful return of the employee to work.
